Performed the build-out of the much anticipated Tiffany & Co. store at 37 Wall Street –one of the most talked about projects of the year. This 11,000 ft2space, designed by YabuPushelbergand administered by Ted Moudis Associates, located in the landmark former headquarters of Trust of America bank, circa 1907, the complex build-out required diligent adherence to State Historic Preservation Office standards.
Palm team members were involved in this out-of-ground construction in Williamsburg. This luxury building is replete with state-of-the-art features. It boasts high end fixtures, 10' 4" ceilings, a 24 hour concierge, and numerous amenities such as a wellness floor, a sculpture garden, and a roof deck with incredible views.

The Devonshire House
Palm was commissioned to build a new structure on top of this New York City classic. We added a penthouse suite that merged seamlessly with the existing aesthetic of the building, and utilized high end interior millwork and finishes to compliment the building's gracefulness.
The Palm team helped construct the BMS Family Health Center in Brownsville, Brooklyn. The center is an NCQA recognized Patient Medical Home, offering the tools and facilities to foster community health development in the neighborhood.
Palm performed a complete gut-renovation and buildout at 18 Grove St. We began with demo, dug out a deeper basement, and finished with another beautiful addition to the classic NY neighborhood.
The Hampton Inn, NY 10011
At the Hampton Inn, Palm performed extensive concrete and foundation work. A member of the Hilton hotel group, The Hampton Inn is located in Chelsea, right by the famous Chelsea Piers, major brand name shopping and wonderful restaurants.
Palm construction laid out the foundation and performed masonry work at 350 Warren Street. The apartments incorporate eye catching industrial elements such as exposed beams and brick, while also providing the most contemporary amenities and finishes. The project is also known as Modera Lofts- and this Mill Creek development is currently in the pre-leasing phase.
Dyal Compass is a developer focused on green luxury living. After successful projects on Kiwah Island, Dyal brings this novel philosophy to New York City with 4 Bedford St. (rendered) and 41 W 87th St. The townhouses utilize the best eco-friendly materials, and boast high end finishes- resulting in two beautiful, tasteful LEED certified homes.
"Uptown is the new Downtown" and nothing says "uptown" quite like the Il Mulino Uptown. Opening a second location after the wild success enjoyed by their flagship in Greenwich Village, Palm was contracted to perform construction on the new venue. We did a complete interior and exterior remodel. It's beautiful, but don't take our word for it- stop by with a hearty appetite for Italian and take a look at our handiwork.
Palm and Madison Capital to develop 3 properties in Brooklyn. Through these apartment turnovers in Brooklyn, we are converting the existing housing into high end luxury rentals. One of these, at 78 Prospect Park West (pictured), is tucked away in Park Slope and boasts beautiful views of Prospect Park.
Tres Carnes is a one-of-a-kind slow cooked and fast served BBQ eatery offering authentic Texas Smoked Mexican Fare. Palm Construction did the entire buildout of the their West Village location, and it was delicious.
